Incandescent Heart is a nice chest that's overshadowed by how good rare chests are now. Taking 25% of elemental damage as chaos is really strong with CI and the ignite node that converts 40% of phys damage to fire has really good synergy with that barring that it works properly. 20% ele gained as chaos is also good for ignite builds so it's probably used for that, too. I don't know who is playing a Flame Golem build though. Good luck with that.

the build excluding has nice dot damage with both bleed and poison and 3 poisons possible with gas grenade, corrosion and armour explosion for clear on gas which also enables highvelocity which has lacerate for big bleeds and added fire, oil grenade for fire exposure to make use of it, plaguefinger so everything can poison, bloodmage means everything can bleed, so constant uptime of both

Potions would be one time use, craftsble and use rare ingredients and last a long time. Harvest ingredients would be collected by bosses and grow in real-time. You would build your town and send out raiding parties to collect food you'd need to eat and minerals that would be necessary to make specific crafting bases. High level gems would need to be found or traded for. You'd have a profession system to specialize in food (temp buffs for defense), potions (temp buffs for offense), metalworking, cloth, or lestherworking. The best things like mageblood would only be droppable in void zones and equipment would be craftable but also prone to break.
