Yeah it's been really great so far. I've played the game so many times I memorized every encounter, but with this mod I actually had some surprises where I entered combat with half hp and low resources because it was new. Like the elder hook horror surprised me, and so did the skeleton dragon.

in any circumstance you could use them, provisions or healing, it is probably not worth the spell slot you'd use in my opinion

you'd need 10-20 level 1 spell slots to get 40-80 supply, in battle it is a bad/average lowest tier health potion and uses your bonus action, and outside of combat it might edgy out using a different healing spell barely but you can short rest at that point or use potions

I think it's better on Nightsong because the game has been building up to this moment with both Nightsong and Shart.
It's also a real highpoint of the game in my mind, whereas the game up until this point lacked just that.

The whole parent thing feels simply off on the Shar path because it relies on the crux that Shar restores her memories to sell why she's saving her parents or why it is so damn evil that she kills them regardless.
If she kills them, it feels cringe because of the dialogue and Shart's VA cannot for the love of god sell an evil character - seriously, listen to Sharshart lines in the epilogue, you have to constantly remind yourself that she's technically an evil high priestess of one the most evil deities in the setting.
If she spares them, it kinda feels out of character at this point because Shart has done fucked up shit in the name of Shar and suddenly backs out because she finds herself unable to kill her parents for Shar.
Shart simply tilts that heavily towards the good path and i think it shows here.

Just don't go all-in on camp casting. I used to have a whole routine, Longstrider, Heroes' Feast, Lv6 Aid, Death Ward and Freedom of Movement and Bardic Inspiration and Mantle of Inspiration on all my party members. Now I just do Longstrider and maybe Bardic Inspiration if I am going to be facing a boss with legendary resistance. Much more comfortable.

Camp casting isn't cheating, because it's in the game. But it's very obviously cheesing, and denying that is such obvious cope that it's funny to everyone who sees it.

Druids gloves don't match. Not saying you need to use the matched tree back set, but the bronze doesn't really go with anything else. Could work if you recolored the rest to something that used green and bronze/brass for an OG DRUIDS look.
Lae'zel looks alright with the custom mixed armor, which is your only option if you want to keep the Gith aesthetic without being half naked. I'd have gone with one of the halfhelm type things they have but it's obviously a facerevealfag so whatever. And then Minthara has the Justiciar gloves which don't match the ornate armor at all, and there are multiple other armored glove models which actually do match that set with the same filigree style.

I'll start by saying that some of this armor comes from mods, and sometimes their official set is a composite of other things.
That being sad, yes, I could use transmog more effectively to have more aesthetic unity, though I usually like having a few individual pieces of gear that don't quite fit. For the Druid armor, I mostly used sage green, but I also changed others throughout the game: something to keep an eye on, thanks.
Previously, Lae'zel wore less opaque armor, which I stole from the Gith Creche in Act 2. When I get to BG, I like to deck out characters in the more aesthetically "heroic" armor. Small note: I decided to dye her armor gold like Orpheus's Comet rather than Mother Gith's Silver after her decision to join the rebellion.

I wouldn't necessarily call it out of character, because there isn't necessarily a huge divergence of character at that point - and even if there were, "evil" people can still care about their parents. It wouldn't be implausible for Shadowheart to prioritize her parents over her faith, regardless of the path that led her there. I assume that's why there are a Nightsong points system and a parents points system, janky implementation aside. You're obviously correct that the intended climactic moment is meant to happen with the Nightsong, and it's the one players who didn't bench Shadowheart for all of Act 1 will naturally experience.

Not everyone will romance Shadowheart, so how easily she can be swayed from her darker path is not exclusive to romance, and your conclusion is both wrong and shallow. She also doesn't "entirely reject" Shar in the moment, so you're either misremembering things, or deliberately misrepresenting the facts to cry about the character (again). She has a moment of hesitation. It's completely in line with her characterization up until that point, where she will recite Sharran rhetoric like a good student, but feel conflicted about truly evil actions, like killing the tieflings.

Sure. Honor Mode is more about being (overly) prepared than team comp anyway. EK has better alpha-round damage (Action Surge, no need to Rage), while Berserker has better sustained damage. The difference is negligible, though I would still recommend keeping Karlach as a Barbarian for flavor.

Honestly, this whole thing is an utter clusterfuck narrative wise because what sort of treasures Balduran wanted to grab from Moonrise is unknown (after all, Moonrise was inhabited by the Thorms at this point).
And it also has timeline issues because it shows the Tower pre corrupted, meaning it was over 100 years ago and Mind Flayers have a lifespan of like 80-100 years, whereas Balduran disappeared far over 100 years ago.

How Balduran was overpowered by a bunch of squids is probably the smallest issue, given that Squids can be a bit of a pain, especially multiple ones.
