It moves me deep within my heart to watch a Wisp meleeing over and over into the bloated chest of a long-dead enemy.

So far, of what I've seen, the concept looks pretty cool. But I wish they would work on the fighting animations. I can forgive that for Warframe because of the hundreds of abilities and overall movement options and changes on that by the stats (parkour velocity etc. etc.)
But in a game that is more roots and grounded like Soulframe, animations have to be more polished.

I hope the Focus Tauron schools make the Operators actually usable more in late game. And them adding more Operator focused objectives, for more targets, enemies etc.
One of the best things about the Zariman and Void Cascade is killing Thrax because you actually need to switch between both for gameplay.
I'm guessing they're gonna have more arcanes and stuff, maybe new amps too. But I hope it's not just an "ultimate" attack and done. I would want the Operators to be able to snipe trash enemies etc.
But more focus schools probably means lens slop and grinding... That or, having maxxed out regular focus school trees before learning Tauron stuff. So you know what to do, get on the ESO or Circuit or Eidolon hunting and start grinding!

Honestly I wonder what they'll even do to make Focus interesting. You slap some lens on some frequent gear, it isn't even leveled by doing Operator shit unless you're killing Eidolons to feed shards into the trees; it's the most apathetically pointless grind around since 95% of content besides Zariman bits and Eidolons don't require Operator stuff whatsoever, they're just some extra bonuses for most players. And even actually GETTING those bonuses is just.. lots of Duviri grinding in killing the Thrax without much relation to what's going back across the proverbial pond.

It's like they had a big idea for a central system and the Steve-isms kept tacking shit on without ever exploring it, so Operator/Drifter in normal Warframe gameplay feels downright pointless besides the rare times they force it out of you.

Having an ultimate is pretty cool, if it's done right and doesn't take 50sec of locked animation for have that attack to do 6000 of impact damage on a damage attenuated boss.
I would honestly welcome anything that boosts either the Operator damage very nicely and outright, instead of relying on the weird meta arcanes we have right now. (Void Slings for Heat status damage) or Madurai's 1 to buff damage and crits etc.
OR, anything that buffs the Warframe directly. We don't need Operators being as strong as the Warframe, that would beat the purpose. but like I said, more Operator objectives or targets, so we have to switch between both WF and OP would be pretty neat.
I guess they'll do that a bit more, if not, it'd all be a waste of dev time and resources.

I get the host queues up the mission, you go to the star chart, select the same mission aka the "voting part", and select your relic but it auto-readies me after I selected mine. You think they'd have a separate ready button when putting a relic on offer for the mission that lets you see everyone's locked in choices without having to hit escape and look at your squad. Unless I missed something in this horrid UI, is it just the 10 second countdown you have to read their gear and cancel out if bullshit is going down?

All things considered, I can't admonish the effort. DE seemingly was hand-animating everything, and I dunno if that changed with 1999 or any point sooner, but it's definitely still here or there and they've improved in quality over the years. It really is just the tater rigs that let things down, character assets advanced significantly but the Operator/Drifter look like blocks of wonk.

When you hit an enemy embedded with a shard it damages all other enemies that have shards. Explosive growth can be fun but impaled enemies don't take shard damage so it isn't outstanding. Convulsion isn't super popular to slot since pistols have a primed heat mod too but it's usable when you want raw damage.
Redirection is basically a mod for Hildryn, that's it, I'm not sure if anyone else would ever care.
Smite Grineer is just fucking whatever, I have a gorillion hours in this game and have never used a faction mod. You can get it for completion's sake but that's really the only reason you'd want it.

As for the relics, unfortunately I don't know, I never managed to actually run out of them. But if you're a newfag who lacks them, just drop your IGN, I'm sure someone could "gift" you one of the primed mods. The only downside is that you'd need 1m credits to make the trade.

It means you are doing an overkill amount of damage to a few targets. Team damage takes into account the amount of total damage you are doing to an enemy, so if someone is doing one billion damage a hit, they are going to get the most team damage.
Doing one million spread out across 20 enemies is better than doing damage cap to one enemy.

You can make a tidy profit selling veiled rivens and you can gamble by unveiling them.
Aside from that, you'll mostly get endo, and statues which become endo or are trade tokens. If you want to farm vast amounts of endo, you should be running bounties on the Zariman or Deimos Labs.
