How do I stop getting salty about playing against smurf ?
I mean I try to convince myself that the goal is just getting better not the rank.

Still I really want to get master. I wish I could get master before the end of the season.

Strangely everytime I have a good improvement in my ranking I am only playing against non master player.
I know that the main probleme is the playerbase in EU which is too smal so most people playing at this level and specially at this strange hour are only smurf.

I can understand why people would want to get five character to master but do you really get more than 20 characters in master ?

If you encounter a smurf just think that this isnt something that makes your worth depending if you win or lose against them. They are better so accept that and relax. Try something silly out.
Try to still practice something. If they beat your BC a lot, try to BC at timings where it will work, if they don't let you move due to pressure, try to find a gap where you can DP or mash when they try to reset it, or BC.
Focus on improving something, not on winning.
I still get annoyed sometimes, but I look at matches differently now. To me a win is that I beat a BC, or that I got out of their pressure with a DP or interrupting them. Converting something into a combo is a win to me, even if it will be just a few hits or one special, it shows you improve.

Do not check if people are smurfs or not. That just adds to your frustration.
