Nah you play differently against rune. The key against rune is to save your evos and make them use all theirs (don't spend evos to clear their board, just take the damage sometimes), ronavero isn't that useful against rune but it can survive at least 1 turn.

Mulligan for 1PP follower, Beryl, Vuella and most importantly Apollo and Aragavy. Never play Apollo and Aragavy unless you're either got no plays or its to kill Zirconia, Luminous Magus or Amalia. If Amalia gets played though, you've already lost cause the game went to turn 8.

Once you hit turns 3-4, control the board to prevent instantly losing to Zirconia. Turns 1, 2 and 5+ is all going face. If you have a chance to deal damage with followers instead of burn, prioritise it. Plan out your turns and maybe even make suboptimal face damage plays if it lets you do damage with followers instead of burn.

I think the way forward for Artifact is a face heavy aggro build. You take out Ramia, Sylvia and maybe some Orchis and play 3x Odin and beta spam. The meta does not allow reactive decks anymore, gotta go fast
