New talents, with 51 points available at 60. New spells. Reworks and brand new areas, zones, dungeons, raids, and items. But for those who are less diplomatic there is a Warmode that sets you as PvP and allows you to level through PvP. There will also be a separate PvP realm with all the features of the PvE realm except no cross-faction. The bracer enchant would need to be over 38SP to beat the 25% bonus on Flask of Supreme power, that's not counting Greater Arcane Elixir bonus on top. And I doubt it will be that high. Not only do you get that, but you also get double duration AND increased mana pots which means you will be fighting much longer. LW maybe better for Melee, but we don't know what added flasks/elixirs we are getting and if we get an AP flask Alchemy will still be better.

Axes actually seems good with their talent changes. Axe will proc bleed, bleed will keep refreshing your slice and dice so you can use other finishers for once, and then there is some slow one handed axes (2.9speed). It will probably depend on what items get added to raids imho.
