The lore for it is a little weird. All the girls in the deck, including the 3 link monsters, are the same girl. They have the exact same bangs, eyes, and face.

However, they can coexist at the same time, and exist in the cyberspace.

I understand that the trap cards represent the code she inputs.

And from Maliss in the Mirror, it appears that she enters the virtual world through the mirror, sort of like Digimon, which is depicted in the Field as well.

The rest, I don't entirely understand desu.

Given Alice in Wonderland is a dream, and she's Isekaiing herself into the virtual world in Maliss, I think it's probably like the main deck monsters are all different avatars she made manifesting into Reality to help her with her adventure. Crypter might be like the boss avatar she has to beat to get home, and Red Ransom/White Binder are two aspects of herself she can take form during her adventure? That's my guess, beyond that, the rest eludes me.

That said, the banish to revive yourself to the field is likely interpreting some sort of "jumping into the cyberspace" type aspect, again like Digimon 02 kinda. Idk why you pay LP though. It's likely tied to the digital aspect though.

I have been begging for a level 4 tuner fish that can summon itself during standby after being banished and on summon searches a level 2 "Ghoti" monster, and counts as a non-tuner for the synchro summon of a Fish monster. That's all it needs, nothing special. Psiics is good, great even. But the search usually leads to banishing the search because of its effect, it's a level 6 of all things and requires material to banish in order to summon itself.
I know Ghoti is very close to being a good deck, because Maliss is just a better Ghoti and it's Cyberse for the added salt in the wound.

There's also the crafting system. Any 3 cards of the same meaning you can get the card you actually want is far more generous than most gacha games' pity systems. Like look at the pack points in Pokemon Pocket. As a new player, I don't really have any good deck except for my current one.
So I feel thankful that the pack isn't that good to force myself to play it.
I don't want to spend resources and Ultra Rare CP on a deck just for a event with such insignificant rewards.

If you're only focusing on a single deck at the start, you should be able to complete it and still have some excess resources. As long as you keep doing your daily missions and getting all the gems for events, resources shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I don't know how to play ANY OF THESE ARCHETYPES or even their basic combos except for Snake Eyes, just a tiny bit and even then I'm probably doing it half wrong. They're not going to roll back an engine update because some ancient laptop doesn't work anymore. I have a 10 year old graphics card and the game's running smoothly with max settings. Maybe if you're lucky an update will fix it for you, but if you're below the minimum specs they're not likely to go out of their way to make sure it works because they're probably not testing on older hardware anymore.

Look at duel live. Most people are just running normal decks. At most they're playing their regular Tear deck with max Havnis+Merli and maybe Agido. Besides, you only need 3 wins. So just go first and don't get hand trapped out of the game and you'll probably win.

In cointoss simulator however the starving venom FTK is the best for its ridiculous consistency playing first or second, for letting you launch many games fast, and by having an entire deck as plan B. If Kitkallos ends up getting banned I'm not sure if they will unban instant fusion, fucking broken card...
