The movement lockout on Bebop uppercut is a measly 0.3 seconds, and enemies can act out of Bebop hook faster than Bebop himself can on top of that (which means it's completely trivial to parry the uppercut). Literally every single other knockup is more valuable, ESPECIALLY Dynamo stomp, which slows and firerate slows after a single talent point investment. The only thing Bebop uppercut is consistently good at is griefing your teammates because Icefraud and Yoshi are retards and it's bugged so it still knocks your allies away even when it's not supposed to because of a minion being present in the knockup cone. You can buy reactive barrier and almost immediately nullify the impact of hook in laning phase, Bebop is worthless.

This one was a minor balance patch, we're still expecting a major patch with new heroes. That being said that 3 lane change was the worst update because it ruined the entire concept behind the game. There is no point in the game being 6v6 anymore, or even a Moba at all. Better to just make it a hero shooter with item builds.
