If you're green, and the enemies 5-stack yellow, then you can pretty safely push forward without fear of having 3 guys zipline to teleporter. Dash changes also make it easier to predict and punish frontliners/supports.

The goal is to make splitting really valuable and make clumping up have diminishing returns over time. In practice, it doesn't really accomplish that. But I get the idea.

The movement lockout on Bebop uppercut is a measly 0.3 seconds, and enemies can act out of Bebop hook faster than Bebop himself can on top of that (which means it's completely trivial to parry the uppercut).
