She's like Phoenix: Pure aim. Try Phoenix first because she can kill groups of enemies more easily. What is your dpi and sensitivity? I used DPI 800 and 2.25 sensitivity on a MM730 Cooler Master but that might be too much for a Duelist like Phoenix because I usually used those settings for Hulk.

He's losing quite a bit of damage because of the anchor bonus going away. On his empowered punches he'll do like 1-1.5 more dps even on 250 hp characters but that's it. Otherwise all his damage was nerfed. It's the same problem spiderman had. Make all of his damage focused on tight breakpoints that requires the anchor buff to work and then rip the buff away while only compensating like 2 things out of the 7+ ways these characters deal damage.

I agree that the meds can be hit or miss, but I wouldn't give up on the therapy just yet. You may just need to find the right therapist for you, they all have pros and cons. I'd suggest one of the online therapy sites like Better Help or Sondermind, they can hook you with a zoom chat with a doc for like $40 a pop with a decent insurance plan.
