I'm probably screaming into the void here but whatever. I see everybody around finally understanding the problem with payment processors deciding the issues with porn and censorship and stuff due to the recent events.
And while part of me is of course glad to see some people finally fucking paying attention when VN fans have had to deal with this for over a decade, at some point people are going to need to stick with a side. I feel like while the "payment processors and organizations are bad and we need to resist" moment is strong, I am also still seeing too many people think that certain types of (fictional) adult material maaaaaybe may need to be examined a bit. And this isn't good. It's either all the porn is okay or none of it is.
This hasn't gotten to that level yet but there are some I'm seeing that seem to think this isn't too much of a slippery slope just yet and basically have the mindset of "some adult fictional material is more okay than others" which dilutes the whole problem

But it's not, it's never been. Valve discovered this ages ago, as did Tumblr, Imgur, and countless others.
What remains to be seen is if, like those others, payment processors will walk it back. I think they will, for the same reasons it's been walked back before. If they don't, then I do think it's worth fighting against. But even then I could never consider myself on the "all porn is okay" side, because I don't believe that.

I've finished Komomo's route. It was a rollercoaster ride of emotions with a whole lotta mystery packed into it, too. I can really see why that anon from a few threads back said it was the best for him, though I now think it's just as good as Asuho's, if it weren't for the fact that Komomo's story holds more of a supernatural undertone than Asuho's, which makes it slightly more interesting.
Also in Asuho's route she doesn't really give a bigger picture to the main narrative apart from a few key details that'll surely be important for later, but those are just the big differences I've spotted.
Based on this route guide I'm reading, I'm bound to read Kosame's route next.

They used to meet in temples back in Republican rome and in the show you have this generic marble structure. Let's take the depiction of aventine hill. The show portrays it as any modern slum with gangs and shit and doesn't capture any of the details of the actual aventine hill.
So it has no authenticity in terms of capturing the zeitgeist or details, the plot is made up hollywood bullshit, the cinematography and camera work is bad, the acting is meh.
