Honestly her main benefit is that she's basically Wildcard that is low-rainbow-tier, even on turn 1. There is nothing at all wrong with taking whatever training she spawns on for the training effectiveness+energy saving+4 free speed, especially because when other trainings are at like 20% failrate she'll be bringing hers down to like 12%. That's a big deal with you can't get the major failure unless it's 20% or higher.
She essentially removes debuffs from your run and helps you get a more even statline since she's a turbo-roamer. Even just her post-run +8 to all stats is nothing to sneeze at and can make the difference in PvP.
