Ignore the bitter retard. Yes, fresh is a great way to start since there will be a lot of new players and you will be part of the development of the games economy and what not.
The first few days might not be the best to play since there will be thousands of players in the starting zones which will be annoying. You can wait a bit before starting or just jump in and enjoy talking to other players while waiting for mobs to respawn so you can complete quests. It's an mmo after all and the social aspect is still alive in Turtle's community

So Eversong Woods etc. extends EK northwards, you could add on let's say four zones around that. Uldum takes Kalimdor southwards, another four zones around that. Currently Turtle WoW has two English-speaking servers: Nordanaar (RP-PVE) and Tel'abim (PVP). Most people play on Nordanaar. On August 17th, they will be releasing a brand new server named Ambershire (RP-PVE).
