I think trap usage, hooking around corners, body blocking, and slingshotting are all more difficult to use consistently compared to Junker Queen's kit. I think Roadhog's space control playstyle is more complicated than Queen's rushdown playstyle. Queen is very simple character, there's no real basis for her being "more skillful" than Roadhog other than people disliking Roadhog's design and her spread being a little tighter.
