Dragon ramp isn't always susceptible to aggro because strong healing and board wipes are a part of their class portfolio and they usually have those features even when they're dogshit. They typically have a strong high roll too and they're hard to interact with, which makes going over them iffy too.

Usually when dragon is good you just hope that they brick and wait for rotation to kill their ramp cards since the deck is usually inconsistent even when it's strong.

For Master Diamond right now most are using Ho-chanless Ramp, the one with Forte Odin and Garyu.
Sword is actually pretty weak to Turn 6 Burnite and Turn 7 Garyu, since it forces them to clear with either Dogs or Gildaria for the former and Samurai + some other shenanigans for the latter. You do need to ramp at least once for that to happen tho. Just try to stay above 12 HP with fish.
Rune also doesn't really have any answer to early Forte except Stormy Blast, and throwing Norman or Kuon into Garyu isn't feasible.
