My philosophy of reporting is that the only people that should be reported are the ones griefing and being toxic in chat and mic. I don't think people having a bad game should be reported and I guarantee I got a report this game because I didn't play to someone's liking and we were losing a bit.
At least my score bounces back to 12k since I carry most games but it's such an ass system. Since people in lower behaviour scores are worse in behaviour the system probably does it's job but I still hate it because it can be biased.

If I start picking Puck that I can't play well and want to learn for 50 games I guarantee my behaviour score would be like 8k because of reports.

I was on 5 items most of the game because I had to keep dust available, and when we were against megas I just said fuck it and bought the first rapier. I almost managed to push them out again but I didn't have enough time to take T3 mid when they were respawning.

Smurfs are not really a problem in my shitter rank (archon) I feel. I think DOTA is like riding a bicycle to be honest, unless you want to pay for coaching to be a professional you can only learn by your own intellect at your own pace. I'm a new player and most of the videos only confused and overloaded my brain. Playing the fundamentals of the mid lane regarding harrass etc is the only useful thing I heard and could actually implement early on.
It's only now after hundreds of games I started thinking about putting skill points contrary to how the guide says to, because my brainpower so far was too busy with other parts of the game. Like, for example, not leveling up OD's banish to max level, leaving it at 2-3 and going for max Qs instead for higher DPS.

This was a crushing loss but I think I get it now. At this point in the game not a single one of their heroes can do a thing to stop me, pudge and SS don't even have an item yet. So I should have been aggressively killing anyone who dared to show on a lane while continuing to farm with my Meepos. I play way too passive once I secure the big lead. Bros I think I will be a divine meepo player in a couple months, max.

Diffusal is good early for the slow, disperser is great for the mass haste
Dragon lance is a dead end early item, might as well rush an aghs or get some early bracers, it falls in the middle of these and I don't really see why you should get it over them
If you're scared of fighting, get an early shard and get good

Its just really efficient stats. The diffusal feels overkill against some lineups because blink with 3 earthbinds is usually enough disable to kill any hero, and the stats from a dragon lance on 3 meepos is quite a lot of right click damage. In that game specifically, I was able to solo kill void spirit quite comfortably with just blink + dl. I plan on giving diffusal some more goes though. I've been watching Meepoku on YouTube to learn and he is very fluid with the item build, it seems match-up dependent. Though in this game I think he would have built atos.
