Keep in mind Hugo's entire kit was built around refunding his ultimate charge and ult spamming and Puffer was his meta set for a long time until Vivian's release and then they locked in a different design. Same thing for JuFufu where she was a universal Lighter who was way better and they nerfed her to be just as good as Trigger, and Lighter but better in specific comps.

If you're a new-ish player you should have confirmed 1 of them. Probably Yuzuha since she's a newer character and a Support.

OBOL squad is treated in such a weird way, they seemed really hype before we knew anything about them, and then they're just randomly released in 1.6 with only half the members out of pretty much nowhere, and only now in 2.2 we're getting the rest, making it the only faction in the entire game to not release together.
Also in my opinion they're pretty underwhelming story and gameplay wise, though Orphie and Trigger are really sexy at least.
