Sayaka is honestly fine to bring since she can do some damage too, but definitely drop Konoha unless you love her. Elemental weaknesses are kind of irrelevant until you reach nightmare too, where the penalties for off-element girls get harsher (still not all that bad, but the newer late game content will definitely have you pay more attention to elements as the penalties are crippling), but generally, the idea against Octavia is that she hits like a wet blanket unless she gets to rack up a good amount of buff stacks. That's why even in nightmare mode you can usually just forgo sustain entirely and simply focus on breaking her quickly, then killing her in one break or maybe two.

The boss is apparently pretty slow so 55 seems to be pretty easy to deal with.
