That's the biggest issue. Marian only heals at A0 and 4*. And you don't need massive heals, especially once you hit lvl80s on your characters. Shun can easily keep the team alive and bring massive def down, S. Moko can heal, buff and debuff at the same time. Even Wonder's shields give buffs/debuffs. That's why Marian's A1 and 5* are so important. They turn her from a just healer to an okay buffer

Granny just shits debuffs all over the enemy and her personal damage isn't bad at all, she seems pretty great for a 4*

Different character care about different stats. Sorry, but while you can initially just toss a set of orange and purple cards and call it a day, you will eventually have to read and interpret values.
Broadly, attack&crit percent are good, unless their persona skills are based off a non-attack stat, then you want to stack whatever that stat is instead.

She keys off ELEMENTAL ailments, so that's frozen, burning, shocked, windswept, and any bespoke special debuffs that are specifically called out as elemental ailments, so her & grannies Radiation debuff counts as an Elemental Ailment since the description says it is one, but something like Key's Sacred Flame debuff isn't. (I think? I'm actually not 100% if Sacred Flame does or doesn't count?) Either way curses & curse debuffs don't count as elemental ailments and Buttkoto will not have her damage increased by them.

How does Joker's stacks work? His first skill gives one stack, but sometimes, even from 0 stacks, I can use his first skill just once and immediately go into the extra action. As far as I can tell, when you select a teammate with an ability, it will take one bill stack off of the person using the skill and put it on the teammate they're targeting. The goal is to have at least two party members with no bills by the end of your turn so that he can only absorb 1-2 bills from the 1-2 party members who have stacks, in which case all he does is the fart attack which does the least damage. At the end of his turn he'll proc bills on people, but I'm not sure what determines who he procs it onto. Seems like the weaker the attack, the fewer bills he throws onto people, but the actual targets seem random to me.

Note that only skills that target teammates can remove bills from a party member, so if your dps chars have bills they'll basically never get rid of them. The idea is to just dump all of the bills onto those dps units (again, 2 at most) and keep bills off of everyone else so that he never does his stronger attacks. E.g. If you have two dps, ideally only they have bills and Wonder + whatever support or sustain you have like Marian or Shun are constantly offloading their bills onto the dps by targeting them with support skills.
