I believe Hong's VA said before that they weren't told which line is for what purpose (ID/canto/intervallo bokgak) and they could be mixed together and sometimes some recorded lines won't end up being used at all.
So it's possible that either they haven't got enough time to record everything because other things took too long to record.
Or they have recorded but then decided it wasn't good enough and rewrote some stuff, so they need the VA to do a second round of recording.
