I don't know about the former, but 3BA simply has a slider to make them and for the clothes, it gives them a meaty bump, because the slider isn't actually sinking the nipple, it's raising the areola around it

By level 60 you've reached the second softcap. After this point your character doesn't get that much stronger besides with diminishing returns from weaker and weaker perk bonuses, small stat improvements, and stacking spell buffs.
Also regardless of your level you can still get swarmed and raped. Even though I'm level 80 I still get five shot by bandit swarms...

-HS2135 FantasySeries from 5 to 9, most of them are well made, and fill many archetypes(5 for Barbarians, 6 is just a Sylvanas cosplay, 7 is for mages, 8 for paladin, 9 for rogues/rangers), except the mage one, since its the only one that is the least modular cant find the BHUNP version of the first four anywhere else on the web so far. I think Series8(Paladin) is the most famous of the 5, theres like plenty of porn out there with this armor, probably made by RyanReos originally
-DX Dark Knight, not as modular as any of the above(the gauntlet piece just covers the hands rather than the arm), but the entire armor is pretty well made, and theres a plenty of retexture mods out there if you dont like the original color
