Hoyo's community has been quite annoying for a while, but this week they've been specially annoying with many things related to hi3rd.
The EN side with the Elysia-Cyrene, Kevin-Phainon thing. Many people complaining that many hi3rd players don't call them by their name and don't look at them like their own characters bla bla. Which it's half-true, some hi3rd fans are very annoying and try to put the characters having to be the exact same as Hi3rd(like Elysia being a lesbian(this was false anyways, Elysia loves humanity, males and females equally), or Kiana and Mei always being in love in any universe(which again, this is also false) or Himeko dying in every universe(again, false too)). So it's normal that if you see people like them, you get annoying because they are telling you something has to go the way their headcannon is. But at the same time these people not only complain about those type of players but also to the players who just enjoy seeing those characters again and call them like whatever they want to call them.
There is literally no problem with calling them by another name. Fuck I'll say more, if it wasn't a hi3rd character but instead a genshin character like Furina or Neuvelitte and the name in HSR would be something like Celest and Nox for example, most of those same people calling hi3rd players for not calling the characters by their name would still call them Furina and Neuvelitte, because for a long time they've been calling them Furina and Neuvelitte, this is what annoys me, the only reason to call out other people is because they are not in these people's positions.

The JP community battle is quite similar to EN but different, there are some hsr players calling hi3rd a dead game that no one plays blah blah(the same as EN) and that they don't want things related to Hi3rd in their game. JP hi3rd side is like "you should have known what you were getting into when you started playing a 'honkai series' game". Of course there are people who don't really mind the hi3rd easter eggs as long as they can still enjoy the story but there are some jp hi3rd fans that are retard telling people "You need to play hi3rd to enjoy hsr!" "It's totally necessary to play it!" blah blah
Of course there are also people who started playing hi3rd because of the recent drama, and they are liking it so it's good to see that.

In the end most people are going to get a meltdown once they truly join the stories, most likely beginning in hsr with Edo star.
If Firefly truly ends up appearing in this game and it's without the "collaboration" tag like Sparkle, I truly wonder what will happen then.
In Firefly's case I'm pretty sure her appearing will just be for connecting the games to Nexus anima, as I believe the Kiana in Nexus Anima is our Kiana.
Anyways, as someone who sometimes enjoys seeing people getting angry, the next few months are going to be fun.

I'm not reading all that, but the reason they re-use characters between games is because ultimately they want to create a franchise.
What would be ideal is if they take their garbage characters like Elysia and put them in a spinoff game so they can still make money off merch without having to pester their entire playerbase.

I would have like it more with scales in her body, a bit more clothes, I would have deleted the red horns she has on her head(there could have been better ways to draw dragon horns, like nahralab for example).

Honkai anima Kiana is ouer Kiana because she has finality eyes and they wouldnt want to introduce another one that did the same it also could serve as a "hype" moment for fans that dont care about Kiana being bad gay and those who do also wouldnt call it out due the hype.
They will turn Kiana into another Elysia while i dont think she will have specific story tied to any of the characters, her intearcting with other character from hsr is given.
I assume the game is like crossover bettwen all hoyo game because of the nexus in the title.
So Kiana will be turned into another Elysia, because well she didnt intearct much with males in honkai impact atleast not without stabbing them some time after.

There really isn't any reason for Mihoyo to stop making songs for Honkai 3rd when games with lower revenue can produce several albums. It's either almost all the original devs left for greener pastures or its a decision from above. If GGZ can still get their character songs, why can't this game?
