The entire strategist roster should just be reworked imo. In a game with so little counterplay to it, healing should not be overpowered.
The design of the characters is very samey and the vast majority of the ults are boring no-one dies AoEs.

The strength of their kits should be adjusted to actual utility and fringe healersl like Adam and Mantis should be souped up to be actual Duelist-lites instead of being forced to be (bad) heal bots that are just as helpless against dive.
Jeff and Rocket should just get reworked completely.
Loki is fine tho.

Anon, there's exactly 1 tank with a barrier which is Strange. Magneto's lasts as long as an eyeblink. Then you have brief shields from Hulk and Mag.
Any point outside of that means you will be eating full damage.

As an example, Hela deals 172 dmg/s with just bodyshots. If either one of these is a headshot that's 258 dmg, which two taps almost half the roster in 1 second.

Bhopping on hulk feels different to Spidey. In regular mode you basically only get one hop and you should be hitting space right before touching the ground. The game stopped putting me with grandmasters and celestial in QP because I kept trying out a new character that I was bad at. Now it keeps putting me with bronze and silver peaks and a lot of them aren’t even high enough ranks to play competitive. I keep slaughtering them and hard carrying but for some reason the game won’t increase my MMR. It’s like I’m permanently stuck shitting on newbies. It feels bad because my victories don’t feel genuine, and I feel like I’m actively driving people away from the game. I’ve legit had like 20 hard carries in a row and it’s still matching me with newbies. The only time I lose is when the team goes all DPS.

QUESTION for my fellow Peni players: How well do you do against another Peni?

I feel like I've never lost to a Peni IF I make it my job to destroy the nest. If I'm playing Psylocke, I win. 100% of the time. Peni is the easiest character to counter BUT my teammates are incapable of doing so. Even enemy players can't usually take out my nest. I don't think it's because I'm good. I don't think it's because Peni is a good character. My theory is that the average Rivals player is simply put mentally retarded. They, for whatever reason, cannot comprehend the idea of destroying nests but Peni players do so Peni players will never struggle against a Peni. Peni wins exclusively against non-Peni players because non-Peni players are objectively more retarded.

There is straight up something wrong with this season; this never happened to me in other seasons.

I've started just banning Cloak and Dagger at every opportunity. I will even avoid banning characters that counter mine just to do it. There's a solid 90% chance the game will turn into a 5v6 because someone got carried by that crutch character and never learned how to actually play the game, but sometimes it works out in your favor and also 100% of the time you don't have to deal with that horseshit ult. Like Luna's ult is even more of a fuck you stall ult, yes, but it's only up every 25 seconds instead of every 20 so over the course of a 10 minute match banning C&D lets you play the game more.
