~12 bullets double revolver nigga that holds both revolvers in the same hand, low weapon range, medium base attack time.

1st: Jumps up to target location on a wall, Reactivate ability to jump to a new target location on the ground and deal damage in an area there. 80(+1x spirit) damage (25s CD), jump range: 20m, radius: 12m.
1: -7s cooldown.
2: +10m jump range.
5: Knocks enemies in the landing location up in the air for 0.5 seconds.

2nd: Attaches a small demon on an enemy, disarming them for up to 4 seconds. The demon can be killed by gun damage from the enemies allies or 2 light melees (1 heavy melee) (30s CD), range: 15m.
1: +50% increased demon hp.
2: +25 (+0.2x spirit) dps.
5: Slows attached enemy by 40%.

3rd: Hitting an enemy for 4 consecutive times gives you +20(+0.1x spirit)% fire rate for 3 seconds.
1: -1 consecutive shots.
2: +1.5ms for the duration.
5: Now also reveals the enemy through walls for the duration for you and your team.

Ultimate: Your bullet hits also passively deals 50% of your bullet damage to enemies in a cone behind any enemy hit by your bullets. Cone-radius scales with spirit. Active: Bullets that hit walls deal damage through walls in the same fashion for 4 seconds(120s CD).
1: Increased cone range by some amount.
2: -30s CD
5: +25% damage, added spirit scaling (0.25x spirit)% damage.

This looks like Calico 2.0 mechanics-wise, stagehands might be cancer in lane esp if they stack. I can imagine the bullshit cd + spirit builds with torment pulse, with the hands spam.

I have a crack idea for him: make shadow dagger and ult point targeted ratehr than hero targeted. Blackout will allow to walk on the walls (just like shadow dagger allows to move through terrain in dota2) and ult will allow to set a beacon to teleport to (could introduce some limitation to the ult then, or allow it to target terrain as a T3 upgrade).

I designed Ivy's current ult. I also put fourth the idea of her stone form dragging people to the ground. I had Ivy's ult adjusted several times through feedback. If you don't believe me pick paradox and do a rollout with carbine active (just to illustrate the difference it makes). Do the same after reloading as Mo and Krill and see the distance. For every bucket 3 hero it's a huge nerf to their overall mobility (those heroes already having the worst mobility in the game BEFORE this shit)

If a tower DOES lock on to you, it will continue to focus you over other targets until you leave its range (not just break sight) In practice this is subject to typical Source Game wonkery, and the targeting will sometimes pick you over closer targets regardless.

This is why generally if I am intending to dive heroes under their guardian, I will lead by disabling the tower fire by forcing it to melee and parrying. The way his passive behaves mechanically is cheesy, and while adjusting the amiplitude/strength of the ability may force his winrate down, the actual function itself behaves in the same manner. Look at Holliday's bounce pads and TNT kegs; and her ult. They're very strong, but they provide the player a chance to fuck up. You may miss your TNT and run out, you may bounce at the wrong time, or waste it, and you can miss your ult, or use it at an inopportune time

Shiv doesn't have that problem with bloodletting, because it's cheese.
