Honestly, I am not excited for Riko because I get the feeling she's going to end up being a Makoto like character. So far at least the character dynamic feels good. I ask because it's not entirely clear but apparently the attack he uses is based on the Counterfeit Money he repos from your team.
And you need to use skills on allies (AOE is fine, but specify the main Target) to pass the bills to other allies.
If everyone had 1 bill, he'd get 4.
If you managed to cram 4 bills onto just 1 person, he'd get 1 and just use his fart attack.

So it incentivizes you to bring at most 1 dps with no such skills, and ideally not even anyone who is cooldown limited for using their targeting stuff (like Yui being every other turn).
It pretty much wants you to go full retard on 1 hypercarry and a lot of buffers. Even phase 1 doesn't particularly care about more than 1 dps.

The biggest problem currently is the fact that only 1 in 5 characters are standard units plus the devs added a 6 month delay before they enter the standard pool to global when on other servers they got added to the pool immediately. I'm not Day 1. I started in the middle of the 1st Burnice banner. It's been pretty generous since. I got a lot of limiteds, most of the characters I wanted. I lost the 50/50 on the 1st Miyabi banner but was able to get enough gems to pull her and her weapon regardless. For 1st Anni they gave away free standard 5 star character + weapon and around 200 free rolls. I was able to get tye 1st Anni character and her weapon too.

It's easily the most generous Hoyo game imo. Genshin is super stingy in comparison. I played ZZZ with monthly + BP but dropped BP a few months ago.

No gacha is fun if you get unlucky and have to spend the maximum possible amount of resources for a character you want. Just how these shit games work.

There's only like four characters worth pulling for until we catch up to the 6 month anniversary (Chord, Futaba, and pick two dps units you like) and you bank like 12k gems a month with the pass, it's not that bad unless you're going 160/160 on every character which is extremely unlikely. The accelerated banner sucks ass if you want to collect characters but we get the benefit of foresight enough to know that almost everyone is skippable.
