I just finished Encore's companion quest and holy shit! That was probably the best story telling in the game. None of the story telling in Rinascita's main story quests can even compare to this.
I've finish all main quest to date, but this is still my 3rd companion quest completed (after Lingyang and Camellya, didn't really like both). Hopefully, more companion quests are as good as this.
Also, Encore mentions fighting a big cat in the beginning. So her companion quest is canonically after the Somnium Labyrinth event?
