Move animations also worse compared to older Tekkens I think. A lot of new moves just look strange like limbs seemingly teleporting to their starting positions (Clive crouching df+2 for example). Some moves are made so that they're hard to read but in the older games, the animations still made sense. This just removes that kind of visual cue entirely.
