Both bolter assassin and magic ninja should be able to make good use of a MATK middle like that anon, I'd recomment giving both a try

Bolter assassin is strong but unflexible since if something is immune to an element the combo breaks but it shits on mobs without elemental immunity or are neutral element

Checked and they aren't really complaining about the guild hogging the place as much as they are bringing up that the map is awful and not friendly with a bigger population as a MotD, 6x MvPs with 2 cards each doesn't scale very well with a relatively huge guild like ours.
It also doesn't really help that it's possible to get unlucky with what MvP respawns, our guild had like 6 Kaths, 4 Howards and 3 Cecils but barely any Eremes, Seyren or Margaretha.

For Despero (Fireguy) in particular, you may want a class with crits or a wizard / sage, crits because it has a lot of flee and uses agi up, or a mage class because of access to SW and magic being unable to miss. Caster SL works too, but it's a bit riskier. Also use anti-stun hat.

For Dolor (Goblin) and Maero (Woman) you want to use a shadow armor and anything with high hit, like crit, but not magic because they have too much Mdef.
Another option is using a stun armor on them since status works on mini-bosses on CCRo and these 2 got low vit.

For Odium (Panda) which is easily the most dangerous one, you want to use Holy element attacks because he can change himself to Shadow Element, and you also want to use any class with Pneuma or at least a decently tanky one with Errende Ebecee rune.
This one has the most def and also has power up, which is why you want crits or ice-pick with some way to change element, and pneuma or defender because of his power up, otherwise he's difficult to tank.
Magic is deceptively okay until he turns himself Shadow.

You'll want to take some potions for these since they're all a bit of a problem, but with enough dps you can clear them in around 20 to 40 white potions each.

For skills they are considered melee if you're close enough (less than 4 tiles) and ranged otherwise, but normal attacks are different, and, if I remember correctly, they are flagged as ranged or melee regardless of distance, so pneuma should work against Thanatos Odium even if you're on top of it.
Take for example Hell's Judgement which is screenwide, you need Pneuma to block it from afar but Safety Wall to block it up close, mind you that SW won't block some skills regardless even if you're on melee range, for example, it won't work on Clashing Spiral no matter what and of course it won't block magic either.

It's an anti-solo mechanic. It's to make so that only a raid can face the MVP. I've said it in another thread.

EQ is reflect damage. The monster is actually damaging itself, not the player. No damage reduction applies. Also the damage is divided, so the more people the less each person takes.

This should be removed from a small server. It's meant so players form a 12/12 party, that's it.

Ifrit has a lvl 5 earthquake.
Ifrit's attack is 13530 to 17000
This mean's that his earthquake hits for 135300 3 times, that's 405900 hit points.
How many players do you need to tank that? A lot. We're looking at more than a 12/12 party.
A 99 high priest should have 10k hp, so you'd need 40 people to tank that. 32 people if they all have raydric cards.
Obviously, if he goes into powerful and uses EQ it'll be a wipe so you have to kill him before the cooldown for the EQ resets.

Again, EQ should probably be removed or reworked in private servers.
