The beginner banner is absolutely worth pulling for, pulls are cheaper on that banner than normal ones AND you get a free 5* of your choice which helps a lot on a new account (Ann is highly recommended). No need to reroll. Soi and Puppet are good 4*s, there's a couple kinda dookie 4* units so you already got pretty lucky with those (you'll end up with multiple copies of all of them eventually, this is just a nice early start).

There's a bunch of banners going at once because the game has a lot of content from the chinese version of the game and they're rushing through banners to catch up. You're pretty behind on the currency required for limited banners since you just started so you should probably just ignore all of it. In about a month, a very strong 5* character will release in a month that literally every account benefits from having so you're better off saving for that if you want to be a sweaty metafag. Whatever you do though, DON'T spend jewels on the banners that use golden tickets. Only use golden tickets on banners that use them, including the beginner one.

It's really not. Her skill 1 -> 3 combo is where it's at, and in an ideal world her self buff would last 1 turn, because that way you could alternate like this in a perfect way.

Against strict single target, skill 1 applies all debuffs you can, giving her a whopping 75% attack and an immediate trigger of crashout in her next turn. Her sig weapon also only enhances the FIRST attack during a crashout based on how many ailments were applied before.

They buffed her first dupe for a reason. It's MUCH easier to get into crashout now (1 skill 1 and you are done), so the value of the immediate one is next to 0.
