You got put on a shard that's mostly empty. Back when I played Nikke, I started a month or so later and was top 1 pvp and everything for like 3 months because my shard was mostly inactive. It's a matter of luck, not skill on your part or lack of it on their part. They'll merge shards eventually and you'll lose top dog to whales.

And the 3v3 is weird, it's not server based either, because I don't see my server whales in it, but I see other people which are nowhere present in my server leader board. Nah, I'm not a top dog, far from it. There is like 30 people that can farm me easily. It's just I kill people 30k points higher, because they distribute their teams weirdly. I just wiggle somehow. Also, the initial placement of battle ranks for 3v3 is hella strange and this shit IS very important for who is going to get top places. For instance our permanent top-1 isn't getting his place, because he started too low and he can't possibly catch up to the second place, which is nowhere as strong as him, but it doesn't matter because 5 point per hour can't win him 10k that he lost in the first days.
That shit bugs me so much, why all the top 100 of places are filled with noobs. Is it really just to fish some refills from whales and don't actually give them those 3k even when are clearly favorable by all metrics? Such tactics are just so cheap...

So I just got to the Aeon head fight, and it's pretty hard at 9k deficit. Worst of all my strongest unit Lamia seems to be pretty useless.
The fight seems similar to baphomet and death's avatar, yet she doesn't want to bounce off the crystals with her ult. And by second phase my whole team gets frozen

nikke leveling/progression, blue archive drop abilities on enemies gameplay with unit positioning instead of forward auto movement. It works pretty well actually. Writing is surprisingly good for a chang translated game. Dailies are nikkelike but take some time, though there is also things to do that aren't just autoing. 4 hours is the start of an event with a likely longterm meta character to throw the starter gems at. character collection, currency, etc. seems pretty generous but it has the 160wall to remind you you're supposed to pay money (implying)

Currency collection is actually not that generous.
Most of our income comes from finite things and not repeatable conent.
You get 10 pulls from PvP one time per character (optimistically)
You get 10 pulls from boss event (optimistically)
You get 10 pulls from the character event.
You typically get 10 from the login event.
Then you get another 10 pull from repeatable content such as dailies and such.
So at most, when you are top 1%, you get 50 pulls per character. That is if you never spend tears on anything else.

I've never played Nikke so that reference makes no sense to me.
There was 4 characters. And only 3 seasons of PvP and two boss events. The tears that you get from account, tribute and abyss are finite, they will stop coming in a few months. Then you'll be resented with a reality of 35-40 pulls per character and that's it. When it comes to ancestor, we now see that you are required to have 90 pulls to guarantee one if they continue adding 30 refunds. You'll need 1 month of being top 1% in every possible leader board to reach that. 1 ancestor per month and skipping every other character unless it's free 50 pull ones. That's not generous at all for a game that released 5 characters in first two months.

Tried logging back onto the PC client and it effectively switched my account to the guest account I had to initially create when I created one for the emulator? Lol okay.

Thinking of dropping Nikke for this since they are both similar. My luck is abysmal in Nikke and its killed my joy for it. Vampires are hot too.

So it seems there are two tiers of costumes. One class does not have new voice lines. The other does, and if you have them on your home screen upon exiting you will be greeted with their select animation (the one played when you view them from the vassal menu) upon booting up the game.

The ones that do provide this are Dalcarlo and Recca, costumes included with the limited pass rewards (15 soothing embrace, 10 vestige of love, 50 perfect shards).

Perhaps it's merely a psychological effect of the price anchoring and everything else looking like a scam but these costumes seem like a decent deal considering everything they provide *in spite* of them not having unique ultimate animations. Perhaps we will get a third-tier of costumes that will provide that as well.

I got the Dalcarlo one. Guaranteed SSR, 15 normal summons, and 10 rate-up event summons? One of the better summon to dollar ratios available in the game, even without taking the skin into account.

I still find it weird we keep summoning dead companions and enemies yet it hasn't been addressed in story, except for Noah reviving due to Empousa swallowing his fluids. Like where/when did we collect the blood of those vassals?
