The Alliance raid was really fun and definitely a step up from Jueno. The Ultima/Omega fight was really fun and hectic on healer. Third boss was just a clusterfuck of AOEs and chain rezzing healers, fourth boss was actually easier than the third one but the second phase arena and mechanics are neat and pretty easy to sight read. Not doing my second run on healer though lol going in on BLM and see if I do any better

FFXIV had a good run for like 15 years. The game is finished, Dawntrail killed it. NOBODY is playing this dead fucking joke of a game. It's impossible to do any form of content.
I would hate to see how many DAYS it takes to find a PF to do Savage raiding, although I probably never will because even trying to do the normal raids is going to take a good week to accomplish.
I'm probably just going to go back to WoW since at least that game is actually playable

That makes a lot of sense. I enjoy writing too, but I think my ~3 instances of attempting ERP were just bad asterisks-level slop on the other party's side, while I tried very hard to write and figured because it didn't make me horny and made me feel like it was a waste, it wasn't for me. In my experience, MMOs have an extremely mixed lot. And even then, it can be incredibly difficult to find good partners. Not just for literacy and grammatical competence, but things like tone, pacing, themes, etc.. I will say that when you do find someone who lines up well with yourself, it's fantastic.
