You don't, though it will help with some. You need to plan out your end game. A primary stat to focus on, a secondary, and then a 3rd(usually fulfilled by your 2 parents). Have at least 3 cards of the same type for your primary that have priority stats so they show up often.

Just put Gold Ship, Air Groove and Oguri's cards in your deck with 3 speed cards and run Bakushin until she shits out any run with white sparks for focus and groundwork bwos
it's that easy. then you can use her as parent with those cards for another uma until you get those white sparks on her too, then use both as grandparents for a front runner until she gets those sparks (which now have like 50% of being inherited) and a decent blue spark and you'll alwasy have both skills for your front runners from that point on

There's just not enough time to do the runs, hope the skills become sparks, and at the same time hoping you get other good sparks instead of 1* guts, then having to do runs with the ace where you have to hope you even inherit those skills, all while only being able to borrow 3 times a day.

I get the value it has in the long-term and there will be a lot more time to prepare with it after this CM ends, but I've only got 3 runs a day to make my aces as good as they can be and there's already enough RNG to deal with.
