Just put Gold Ship, Air Groove and Oguri's cards in your deck with 3 speed cards and run Bakushin until she shits out any run with white sparks for focus and groundwork bwos
it's that easy. then you can use her as parent with those cards for another uma until you get those white sparks on her too, then use both as grandparents for a front runner until she gets those sparks (which now have like 50% of being inherited) and a decent blue spark and you'll alwasy have both skills for your front runners from that point on

I feel like it's better to just straight up use the yaeno card on one of my aces instead of trying to make a parent with it for this CM. There's just not enough time to do the runs, hope the skills become sparks, and at the same time hoping you get other good sparks instead of 1* guts, then having to do runs with the ace where you have to hope you even inherit those skills, all while only being able to borrow 3 times a day.
I get the value it has in the long-term and there will be a lot more time to prepare with it after this CM ends, but I've only got 3 runs a day to make my aces as good as they can be and there's already enough RNG to deal with.

>Top 100 has an average daily fan gain of ~52m; equates to roughly 1.73m fan daily quota
This is far above the daily pace rates of July - most likely due to the giant influx of new clubs joining the brackets. I don't know how it's like in the Top 500 or Top 1000 clubs but I'd assume you need a 30m monthly quota to even stay in Top 1000 this time around. What's real interesting is that JP ใฆใใชใชใชใช once had a 30m monthly quota to also just barely stay in A rank range during the first year of the game's launch. If these fan count activities stay consistent through the entire month then we would be as active as JP in terms of Top 1000 at least.
What does this imply? Well despite the game being massively more popular in Japan at the time, it's most likely that 99% of the audience on JP are extreme casuals. Meanwhile on Global launch, we have far more sweats and unlike JP we have foresight of events like CM so players are aggressively training new umas and easily getting millions of fans a day versus JP which was not so hardcore in general at the time outside of the top clubs.
TL;DR: Current global may be even more sweaty than launch year JP
