In Mists of Pandaria, all the content was built around the Horde, while the Alliance got vague scenarios about dumb Tyrande and robot panthers.
BFA is a whole other conversation, complete humiliation, burning capitals, and an almost lost war after the second battle in the pre-patch. Troll masks that destroy entire robots, Sylvanas' power that outplays everyone. And even the Alliance's victories are Pyrrhic victories, when the Alliance almost loses and retreats.

The Alliance wouldn't care if these were just expansions where more attention was paid to the Horde. The Alliance does care that it was LITERALLY HUMILIATED AND MOCKED in these expansions.

Single button assist was built for part time holy paladins and mistweavers. If you are not used to either spec or healing in general it’s really overwhelming in pugs to add 3-4 extra hotkeys in addition to your healing spells.
