Should I quit tekken 8? Sorry for TLDR

I have around 1300 hours in Tekken and love how balanced T7 was. While there have been issues, it has never been so bad that it ruined the game for me (most of the bullshit seemed to require skill to use).

But Tekken 8 is an unga bunga, mashfest with little to no defense and I actually stopped playing because of this.

I also hate how most of the female characters look the same. I'm a Reina gooner but I want a new character who doesn't look like a cute girl for once. SF6 is so much better for this.

Am I being reasonable in quitting? What other game should I play?
