Pizzapants's stupid subplot got way too much attention to be a side gag, Ice-E is weirdly omnipresent across the franchise, and the place is suspiciously locked for renovations in chapter 4.
I'm calling it now, Chapter 5 will either have multiple dark worlds with one of them being Ice-E's, or Flower King is a red herring and Asgore will be in the Ice-E's world instead

When the angel is banished it must meet with it's desire, so if we're the angel then toby has to be very careful about what desire fits the majority of the playerbase. I believe in normal route our banishment is a requirement for a good ending that we may or may not even witness as thats why anyone is specifically not doing weird route, whereas in Weird Route we give the role of Angel to Noelle forcefully. Her desire is simply being an Angel, as she still wears those angel wings from when she was a kid to the day, so it's dramatic irony. She gets the role she's wanted all her life, only for that roles duty of being killed off to be immediately fulfilled and by technicality we, the original angel, still meet a desire to continue playing the game after being forcefully ejected in the normal route
I will admit though, I am a fan of the banished castletown idea, the whole place is set up to be a post game area already and I just cant see dark worlds still be able to be created after the prophecy is over because that'd mean the prophecy can never end

What made me realize it really quickly was Gerson knowing he was dead and recruiting enemies to his room. Since Kris and Susie suspiciously have their own bed rooms in castle town, expecting to remain there.
I figured that Ralsei’s guilt comes from a different place in that their lives will be taken away to be the audience of “fake people” like him. Away from “real people”, the lighteners.
