So I’m really new, and I’ve been running around the over world spanking tards and picking berries, doing the leapfrog baby puzzles and kicking chests open, but I havent progressed the main story past opening the sundial compass. Chapter one still basically.
I do however have Phrog and Cammy, and I’ve unlocked ascension to lvl 50 cap somehow. I really like using these two and want to keep using them, but the materials I need to ascend them look like they are in places I shouldnt be yet. I can skip to Phrogs area but will that ruin the game for me? I’d still like to go through the story sequentially and not skip anything even if I think the story is really bad where I’m at right now, though I get that the first few story patches are going to be rough going
Can I just poke my head into Phrogs area, grab her ascension mats, and go back while ignoring it for later?

If the Levi not existing means cart not being created, it seems fairly possible she could miliatrize the Septimont to do so. The Fisalia and Montelli are quite capable of undermining such efforts be taking advantage of the greed of Septimont's nobles though, so I don't think it would so clear cut. If Carty does exist in this scenario then Augusta gets hard cockblocked the moment she gets uppity. Of course, Augusta doesn't seem like a warmonger so I doubt she would want to do such a thing in the first place.

I roll plenty. There's very few characters I've skipped so far, and I would say the echo building is part of it, but it really comes down to me to bring in love with them enough to want to deal with it. There are some I pull without caring about building like Lupa (S0R1) who I just like looking at her attack string. Not to say I'll never build them, but they're on the back burner until we there are like 3 banners in a row I don't vibe so I'm not exhausted from the normal echo grind.
