Inside your WoW 1.12.1 client is a "Data" folder.
Copy/Paste the custom patches you downloaded from Walls website into that Data folder.
Now just change the "realmlist.wtf" text file inside your WoW 1.12 client folder to say "set realmlist wallcraft.org"
Now launch "WoW.exe" to log in and play.

When the devs write "a couple of days", they aren't literally writing it'll be out in 2-3 days (even if it might be), just that it'll be out in some non-descript timeframe to avoid having to list an ETA.

Writing it'd take several days adds a level of certainty, and would certainly kill whatever hype is left.
