Lostbelt Morgan isn't really PHH Morgan. She's a fae that exists from the lostbelt. The crypter summoned PHH Morgan who pulled off rayshifting transferring her memories to Lostbelt equivalent Morgan. Lostbelt Morgan was never human at all. Now Morgan Caster is different from all this.
LB6 Morgan didn't do literally any of the King Arthur stuff, she was a noble fairy called Tonelico who grew up under hardship, and eventually had to take control of the kingdom by force because everyone was suicidal and stupid. Only way to keep fairies alive was by going full tyrant and keeping them under restrictions, or else they just murder each other randomly. She has no real connection to the Camelot stuff aside from the name. PHH gave her a few memories but ultimately they're not the same person, she just received a few pointers of what would happen in the future eventually. Fact she didn't know about Mordred much shows she didn't receive all the memories, and she's not the same person. She received an amount of memories but is still her own person
Nasu says PHH Morgan is an evil witch inline with the legends, although in TM she does have a lot of reasons to be angry since Camelot rightfully would have been hers if her father didn't give it to Arthur instead. Morgan was the elder sister, she has a very sordid history with her family that lead to becoming evil, but they do clarify she was quite evil. She also has multiple personalities and it depends on the day which personality you see since Nasu decided Morgan, Vivian, and Morgan le Fey are all the same person.
