If that's resolved they can just turn it on and keep it running which is the standard blizzard / wow experience. I pretty much need to use a VPN service to shave off a ton of latency (I live in Australia and using one takes me from 320ms down to about 260ms), and if they commit to enforcing the VPN ban and don't even bother getting around to setting up whatever whitelist they were talking about having, then I really am just better off with another server.
