Don't bother grinding for that specifically unless you're insane with all the free time in the world. That type of mission is something you pick up along the way doing other stuff that requires you to go into MDI. Personally I'll just do normal floor 5 runs and pick up any missions I can along the way. Once all the achievements are out I'll plan out the Floor 10 runs so I can do the least amount of them possible.

Realistically speaking the best MDI teams are the ones with the best unique gifts, and that's BL and KK.

The only thing that matters about sinking is artistic sense++, and it works without team requirements so you can easily fuse it regardless o what you're running since F10 pays out so much cost and gifts. No, sinking and charge still aren't good, the opening turn is the most important one one floor 9-10 and both of these are slow. Lucky charm and 100% crit BL are much more reliable.
For MDI you want enough pride to proc nebulizer++, calm waters++, artistic sense++, whatever unique gifts your team uses, and then work on all damage type rocks for lunar memory.

Complaining that MDI takes way too long compared to the rewards you get isn't Doomkeking, it's just the truth. MDI exists solely for the sake of achievements, either because they directly require you to complete higher floors or because getting the required gift amount is not realistic in the first five floors. Probably not too much? If I remember right the nerf was that you only consume up to 10 Count of burn so you could deal up to 999 damage with GoF. You're not going to one shot a boss but unless you're really stacking the HP+ trials regular mooks shouldn't have 1k HP as far as I remember from the last MDI. So as long as you grab a bunch of burn gifts by floor 5 you should be clearing everything but bosses fairly quickly.

I finally got around to leveling five IDs for a tremor team for the event. I'm running Detective Hong, Regret Faust (I refuse to put Maost in there even though Regret's abysmal for Everlasting), EL CAPO and his caddie and big hat Outis. Problem is, none of them have any envy and I can't fuel Crushbound Past. Any recommendations on a sixth member with easy envy (considering Öufi and Rosespanner Greg right now. I have neither Rosespanner Rodya nor her clam ego)
