You've already had pointed out that Undermine goes out it's way to insist that actually the Goblins that are in the Horde aren't actually Horde. And Gazlowe spends more time moping about while Renzik and Alleria do everything.
And to top it all off, they end the questline after you kill Gallywix off with telling you how great Renzik is as a character and having you tour around Westfall.

The reason this is the case is because they outright inflated the mmr/cr this past season to the point you get games where fresh 1000 ratings are facing 2100 ish rating players due to the pvp player decline and to address the 30 min something queue times for both Shuffles and Blitz.
