The way career works is that each one you "complete", she gets added to your veteran list. You access that by looking at the lower bar, go to Enhance > Veteran Umamusume > List. "Complete" is when that career ends, whether you fail to miss the goals, pass the goals but fail URA Finals, or beat the URA Finals This is where you get all your umas to use for event missions, Team Trials, assess them to see their potential or where you fucked up, whatever you'd like.
Here's a screenshot of me having some Bakushins because I was farming monies to buy from Tazuna's scam shop and two Top Cun runs I did this afternoon in an attempt to spark farm. One of them is favorited because I ended up liking her enough to fill in a spot in my F2P Team Trials team, but the other I did beat URA Finals with but her sparks are trash so I'll send to the glue factory later. That's what the Transfer button is for, which you push that, and select which uma you don't need in your roster. You get peanuts for support points by doing this even with higher ranked umas, but it's better than nothing and if you're starting out, it'll give you something to build up.

First condition: i always make sure to waste energy, if first training is wit with many friends or hints, i still make sure to waste energy as recreation can give you some energy back, "worst case" scenario i waste many turns just clicking wits because there's too many friendship on there, it hasn't happened to me like more than 3 times in a row and having full energy isn't a total waste.
Second condition: If there's 3 or more friendship on the training. The sooner we get to rainbow the better, 2 friendships on a training is very common so if everything has 2, i just use recreation.
Third condition: If there's 2 or more friendship with a HINT OR a HINT that could get a very useful skill. a hint is comparable to 2 friendship on training, except it gives you a skill
TLDR if there's nothing good on the training, i just click recreate ONLY if i don't have full energy bar

Is there a way to remove the right half with the log/career profile and shit? It's rarely every useful, and keeping the game windowed would be a lot more comfortable if it wasn't forced to 11x6 proportions, it either covers too much of the screen or becomes a game for ants.
