I like and hate the game. If this was a MoH Reboot I would probably REALLY like the game as a casual thing for like 40 bucks...

I just genuinely don't like the choices and changes they are making, but then it becomes fun again because my instinct takes over and I have fun again just because the game is fast with the kills so it floods my brain with dopamine and I endup top kills in conquest again without having to try particularly hard because I can just meta slave

Make sure you backed up your data before this step!

Open Command Prompt as Administrator:
Press Start, type cmd, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator.

Run this command to validate your disk is convertible:

If it says validation successful, you’re safe to proceed.

Now convert the disk:
mbr2gpt /convert /disk:1 /allowfullos

Wait for it to finish. It should say conversion successful

Reboot your PC and enter BIOS immediately to switch to UEFI mode.

Step 3: Enable Secure Boot in BIOS

Restart your PC and press Delete or F2 repeatedly as it boots to enter BIOS setup.

In BIOS, go to the Boot tab or sometimes under Advanced Boot Configuration.

Find Boot Mode or CSM (Compatibility Support Module):

Set Boot Mode to UEFI only (or just UEFI).

Disable CSM if possible.

Go to the Security tab or Boot tab and find Secure Boot:
Set Secure Boot to Enabled.

Save and exit BIOS (usually F10).

Windows should boot normally with Secure Boot enabled.

Press Win + R, type:
msinfo32

In the System Information window, look for Secure Boot State:
It should say On if everything went well.

All BFs are arcadey.
No, BF6 is not anything like BF3/4 at all. Infantry core gunplay in 3/4 incentivizes bursting or tap firing instead of BF6's magdump, laser-ish gunplay. There was no sliding so you only had to jump for slightly boosting your movement for traversing, or for jump peeking (although crouching in 4 is stronger than in 3), not to mention that they both had movement penalties that affect weapon spread so you couldn't jump and shoot or get away with ADAD spam while ADS (Yes, I know about zouzou and its variants, they're all unintentional and should've been nuked before DICE LA moved to BF1). Bullet velocity in 3/4 is a bit more slower so you had to lead your shots especially when using sniper rifles. All weapons in BF3/4 share the same time for ADS unlike in BF6 where you're forced to use attachments to make it faster.

I see what they mean when they said they were looking at BC2. The game, honestly, is to Breakthrough what Bad Company was to Rush. The game seems to be designed around it - the maps are narrowed down to facilitate it, but because they're flags and not MCOMs, it's not a clusterfuck despite having twice the player count.

Also, this is a positioningchad's game. TTK is too low and the guns are lasers if you control the recoil since the cone of fire bloom is way lower than prior games.

The TTD problem isn't a problem. With the TTK this low, if you get shot by two guys at once you'll die before your brains even registers you're being shot. No way around it. Control your lanes, control your angles.

BF4 was a rushed product to capitalize on BF3's success. The launch maps were rushed and largely empty with a super forced """levolution""" gimmick that resulted in most of every map being destroyed buildings with flat sightings. DLC got better, but 3's maps were still better designed overall.

This already looks so much better than Battlefail 6 though. Hopefully we can still get BF4 remade in Portal. Speed, gunplay, movement, viewmodel, clarity, UI, sound feedback and dialogue. We just needed this game but not dated (by over a decade)
