This is only a plausible motive under the assumption you're actually going for this goal at all. You can fuck up Kris's life massively and they'll still carry you around, so it's probably not this.

Both of these are far more plausible. The caller tells Kris that without us, sealing the fountains is impossible (we already knew this from Ralsei, but it's nice to get confirmation that it's us who seal the fountains and not Kris specifically) so if the plan involves sealing them, they'll definitely need us for it. Otherwise everyone and everything dies the moment a fountain goes unsealed (THE WORLD WAS COVERED IN DARKNESS)

The player is the Angel in the default/normal route and forces Noelle to share the Angel role by making her their vessel in the weird route. In the Shadow Crystal/Twisted Sword route, the player becomes a demon instead. Otherwise, Gaster is probably a demon considering all the 666 stuff. Final Fantasy X does this better. Tidus says he's the protagonist, but clearly isn't. The story is basically centered around Yuna,and the fact that she will die at the end of the story. The main thrust of the game is Tidus finally comes to grips with that, and his relationship with his father.
The Susie situation feels spiteful, because the Soul (player) is the diegetic means to do almost all of the important shit in the game like dodging and cleansing fountains (much like how Yuna's ability to send spirits is of the utmost importance to the plot), but consigns You as a passive non-entity.
Lancer turns to stone? You get to say nothing and be a bitch while Susie does everything.
Susie gets private lessons with Gerson? Fuck you.
Tenna is talking about his personal trauma, but it's Susie that yaps about friendship after trying to be nice for like two day? Fuck you.

It just makes the weird route all the more satisfying for me, because if the story is going to cuck me and treat me like I don't exist, I am going to take control of the story by force. And seeing Susie become a sad third-wheel on the route just makes it that much sweeter for me.

Noelle's consistently most unflattering character trait is that she's insecure and inconsiderate. Like the way she talks about Kris to Susie when Kris isn't around to try and intentionally create distance between her and Kris (as compared to susie, who starts gushing about Kris every time he's mentioned). Noelle is an idiot, but she seems to have massive blinders for susie that stop her from realising that she's genuinely just a shit person (before chapter 1). She says outright "susie can't be as bad as people say"
It's also strongly implied that Kris ditched her, not that she ditched kris, and when the two of you are alone she spends most of the time talking about what they're doing in the moment or her relationship with Kris.
When she's in the same room as susie her writing goes to complete shit (i.e. only asking for susie to be let go by queen and not kris) but that's just toby being a horny retard

Hiding it from her (and Berdly) in chapter 2 when dark world adventures were effectively just great times where everyone involved grows closer together and as a person, had no excuse other than Susie just not feeling like letting them into the secret.

When it comes to the question of "If there is going to be fallout" and "Noelle" the answer is yes. She is very obviously headed towards a pretty big mental breakdown that involves her doing something very bad. Like, look at the basic situation: Her dad is dying. She knows about dark worlds. Dark worlds can be used to revive people. That alone makes it pretty obvious what is going to happen.

When it comes to her crush on Susie though. The main question is what role it will actually serve in the story. It's clearly going to play a role considering a girl in love is explicitly mentioned as a important part of the prophecy. The whole thing being made more complicated by the fact that we aren't 100% sure if that girl is actually meant to be Susie, Noelle, or even somebody else. Overall though, I think I see two path forwards. 1: Susie and Noelle's love ends up getting her out of her mental breakdown. 2: It doesn't work out and that pushes Noelle to take the most drastic action possible at a critical moment.

I haven't forgotten, I just know it will have payoff eventually since Susie's deal was a legitimate character flaw that is treated as such but has simply been set aside for the time being without a definitive resolution.

If the game ends with Susie never acknowledging what she did, I'll call it shit writing. But the "Man, we could have been friends way earlier" line makes me think Toby is aware Susie has her fair share of blame and will eventually have to face up to it.

Also at this point I don't even trust that Ralsei has actually told us the correct version of events, starting with the fact that if all the titans and the Roaring and such really do is just end the world, then there'd obviously not be anyone interested in causing them, much less a whole ass group of people coordinated for it.
