For leveling this is the key path to take.
You can tank, you can DPS and with Int gear +20% from HotW and NI turning Agi into healing, you can heal with ease.

Beyond that, if Mangle is as strong as it was in TBC, you want to bee-line for it, while picking up Savage Fury to buff it. Then, go resto for Furor, Shapeshifter, Naturalist and Omen. At that point you're level 53-54.

Then you have to decide since some gear might be useful to grab and keep for later.

Since dual spec is 1000 gold, if you're feral, grab all of the talents so you can DPS and tank. If you're boomy, be boomy. And if you're resto, I'd strongly advise you dip 30 points into feral and then rest into resto, grabbing Naturalist and Empowered Touch. This means your main heal is Lifebloom and Healing Touch, which is stronger, cheaper and shorter cast. Use rank 3 and 4 cause of the cast time jump between ranks and keep max rank for NT.
You can also do solo content due to 30 points into feral, no problem.

Others posted generalist feral specs and as for PvP, for WPvP, there is the dot boomy/resto spec and feral/resto spec added on top of regular specs.

I specifically said that the spec I posted was to allow for flexibility which in turn allows you to form or join groups much faster.

Advantages of the spec I posted:
1. Can tank
2. Can DPS
3. Can Heal
4. Almost no dead gear
5. 30% Speed outdoors for Cat
6. Easier pulling earlier with FFF
7. If Mangle is as powerful as it was in TBC, you delete things before OoC could provide you with a proc to benefit from.

Going OoC means you get faster movespeed 10 levels later, at which point you have travel form and it means you get all the other benefits delayed to accelerate the mindless grind of mobs.

While both approaches are valid, being flexible and faster earlier means you get to do more, and that flexibility also means you do more dungeons which on an overpopulated PvP server means more safe leveling and more gear. If you just wanna zone out and kill mobs while being slow for 10 levels and not being able to properly heal, OoC is for you.

If the servers don't come up the next 1,5h they shouldn't come up at all because it's just going to be a shitshow just like the initial launch
