the problem with Blade is that people are playing him like Bucky when in actuality he's like a squishy Thing, denies an area using melee and cancerous CC abilities

I saw a clip of Thor's E completely fucking over starlords ult, his niche could be just to fly up & press E on flyers, then awakening and kill them.
It's not ideal, but if it were more like things L-shift & grounded divers he'd be more viable, just increase the cooldown on it.
For now though, Thor seems to be more about timing engagements and counting cooldowns to ever actually go in, otherwise you just spam awakening.

Moon Knight doesn't need a rework. The problem is that he's niche. His niche is very warranted as he prevents GOATS and DeathBalls from happening, but outside of that, he's the easiest duelist to handle.
