you can make other characters match the level of the your strongest 5 characters with something that you should unlock very soon called Synchro machine. Since you need dupes of characters to increase the level cap it's easier to max out 5 SR characters first and later when you get enough dupes for SSRs you replace the SRs for the your SSRs with higher level cap.
Thats what people call the 160 wall, because SRs max level is 160 but SSRs are 200, so until you get enough SSRs copies to level them to 200, you use SRs at level 160, you can easily reset a character and get a refund of all mats so it's easy to replace the SRs later in the synchro machine
