Honestly I've had basically the same complaints about the game since day 1, if anything they've gotten worse over time as the game power creeps, but I just kinda kept thinking to myself "surely they'll iron out the kinks and the game will get better with time, it'll take a few updates but every Street Fighter game starts out a bit rough at first"

But I'm just kinda starting to lose faith that SF6 will actually change in a way that I enjoy, I think the directors have some kind of vision for the game that seems to involve all the shit I don't like about anime games and none of the shit I liked about Street Fighter.
There was a reason I played Street Fighter instead of Guilty Gear, but if they want Street Fighter to just be a bootleg Guilty Gear like this then I might just have to move on.
I will probably still hop on SF6 every now and then just to remind myself why its not fun to play, but I imagine after a while I'll give up entirely and just wait until SF7 comes out so I can see if that one course corrects a bit.

What concerns me though, is that everything about SF6 that makes it more "accessible" to new players would have to be removed for a course correction to happen, the game is basically getting new players ready to move over to Strive 2 if SF6 or SF7 ever dial back on the bootleg guilty gear shit, so I have a hard time trusting that the series will ever go back to what I liked.
