First SA since pulling Inori off an S or above. I kind of screwed up and was only at about 400% devastation when I killed it, still well above 1m score. My Miya is very invested (568 INT 569 LUK), but Inori is just LB2 with a single reversion. I thought surviving would be harder as Yanagi, Muua and Karen were all LB0 (and Yunyun is S), but I didn't have that much trouble even with the -DP restoration rule.

Higuchi's human self committed suicide to be a Narbber, Ruka drowned while flying a kite, Ruka can actually die in the chapter and trigger a bad ending at the end if you fuck up

The new Karen was literally gamebreaking when .quest had the wrong descriptions, but now with the correct info she's just meh. She definitely invalidates all super breakers if super down is the same as super break, but that remains to be seen. It might also just act as an alternative form of stun? Where you can inflict down syndrome on an enemy outside of breaking them. That would be really good if Asakura Karen's elemental switch EX-skill could be transferred because of its increased damage against down syndrome enemies. Without knowing what super break down is, she looks like she's just made for e-shields, which I guess is fine, but they hardly ever come up.

That said, the maxing out DR should be part of the idea? After all it returns to normal the moment the enemy recovers from super down.

I also don't think she's an e-shield counter, because to counter that you need spamable attacks. She can't spam. 14 cost for 8 hits is shit. Take an actual counter, Inori's ss3. 0 cost 8 hits. Yes, she needs to hit a shield weakness, but that's the price you pay. Currently not too many actual counters do exist.
Fire has Adel (7 cost 6 hits) and Miya (8 cost 8 hits) now, ice has nobody really good so you cope with Misato/Yuina (14/15 cost for 12 hits/ 10 hits), thunder has Inori, light has Yuina (8 cost 8 hits), dark has Aina (7 cost 5 hits and big OD) and swimsuit Kozue (8 cost 8 hits) can also help if it's dire.

Likewise getting 1sp for everyone per turn for the other form also feels weird, unless you can freely swap? Because that form only ever goes in when the enemy is broken aka during OD...

Her main gimmick is she gives herself 1 stack of Tama Suits buff before she ex skills but you still want 2 of those. So at the very least she can free up Tama Suits of 10 SP which can go towards a healing spell.

Isuzu provides a DP defense down, and regular defense down, with the DP one being the largest debuff for DP's.
It's also AOE and doesnt attack, so leveling up the skill increases the debuff. It works well for AOE DPS styles

This was 3 months ago, but it's still yes. Inori still has the highest damage, even higher now because Bungo loses her LB3 with Yanagi unless you get -2 SP cost somehow, and Inori always had the highest potency anyways with 18SP and requiring charge.

The problem with Inori is that she sits there jilling off for 10 turns since Yanagi provides the charge. At least Bungo gives you more SP, an extra turn on break, and doesn't need 20 SP just to hit. If you don't kill either Bungo can just fire again with almost no downside while Inori needs another charge.

Isuzu has the highest regular defense down, at 64.9% and there aren't many ways of increasing clit pierce damage. This doesn't have to do with the chart, but her master skill lets her battery and heal other people so she isn't completely useless before the burst turn. The DP defense down is also just very convenient if your attacker/breaker can't do it without buffs, since it's comically large, she has nothing else to do anyways and you can save SP from your buffs.

Oh so they actually do use the naked bust sprites.

Adel SS4 is worth pulling if you want to build a fire team and really like Adel but note that Adel is a sidegrade to Yotsuha and high score teams prefer Yotsuha. Adel's master skill later this year(tm) gives her access to her own version of Angel Wings and SS4 uses it the best.

If you mean stuff like crit buffs, it applies because of how future buffs are handled which are they last a set amount of turns instead of stacking 2x. In the JP wiki they call them single activation buffs or something. Seira has it too with Clock Tower later.

Currently on Global if you did it, your second hit wouldnt have any buffs unless you did something silly like 4x buff yourself. Its mostly used for just double blastering I think.

It doesn't matter what you do, most things get a lot worse and LBs (aka whaling) are the biggest damage.

It's pointless to care about meta, when all that matters is stats and they can rug pull you at any moment in time nerfing whatever you have. Pull who you like. Ignore endgame. Their entire scheme falls apart the moment you realize.. endgame rewards are pointless without caring about endgame to begin with.

Nah. Very little. They made a weird bi monthly shop now, with very little rolls in there to begin with, but those are easy to get.
What little you may lose from non SA modes does also not matter in the grand scheme. Most rolls you get will always be from random log-in bonus' and free pulls that don't go on a specific banner.

Like Solraker rewards a little quartz for beating high level stuff, but it's so little.. you lose out more by not being good at the rhythm game.

Yanagi was lucky that the giga nerfs happened, otherwise she would've remained a clunky upgrade in damage nobody cares about.
Regardless, the nerfs should've not happened in a good game to begin with, and who knows when the next one comes. Nobody can foresee what shit they are planning. The only solution to this is to stop caring about any and all meta shit and treat this as a VN. Generally how people did things in the first year of the game's life, because the gameplay was utterly atrocious then.

With OD looping you deal such small amounts that fights take 10+ minutes. The nerf is a non issue for normal tactics.

She actually got buffed to be pretty decent, half SP when in extra turn and she has a charge + extra turn skill so 19SP -> 12 SP AOE dark attack

She also got a +2SP at start of battle passive (same one as Inori SS2), which lets her use her SS1 EX skill turn 1 without Yunyun + Shiki so you can go for maximum turn 1 speed clears
