But it seems like it might have been omitted from RB2 as those who only played that version seem to never remember the scene. But you can at least rest assured that it's canon since the scene from SVS was a direct callback to that scene.

Regardless, it's an optional scene so if it is in RB2, it's pretty easy to miss.

I have and have played Deep Crimson, and I've never found anything like this. As far as I know, the Photo Mode is just dolling up the girls and having them pose sexy to take photos of them. Going to mimic >>534983205, Ai chan and Compa's status weapons are very useful for quite a bit. Guessing you kept X the gun attacks? No change necessary there for Compa, you just need to experiment to see what they are weak to. Also if you are doing it, shooting with Ai chan is just not worth it.
Going off of your time, you are not skipping attacks. At the very least skipping is mandatory when enemies are guard broken since the bar is always recovering. Only exception is trasnformation scenes. You also want to try and get a Neptune Break in there when their guard is down too.
I will say that there will be some flying buffalo looking enemies in a later dungeon that will give you some trouble, they knocked out at least one member when I first encountered them if they focused on one. I forget what dungeon they are in but I think it is around recommended level 40.

Yes, it takes out a decent chunk of their health when their turn starts. Ai chan does decent damage with the poison qatars for a while too. Until I got to the late 50s I had Compa running the paralysis weapon. Took the poison off of IF a bit earlier though.

Her "dark power" evidently works a bit differently from other CPUs. Either that, or she's so frightfully powerful that she's a match for other goddesses even with zero shares. But from my reading, how it worked was that Hyperdimension Rei is not a goddess and never was and only gained powers when Ultradimension Rei (who is/was a goddess) saw her plight through Croire and out of sympathy decided to have Croire send her what remained of her CPU powers shortly before the events of Victory. From then on, HD Rei gained power every time UD Rei and the Seven Sages were defeated or experienced setbacks through some weird feedback system that is never properly explained. Eventually, HD Rei decides to send some of that power back to UD Rei through Croire, allowing UD Rei to regain her goddess powers and challenge the party. When she loses and the Seven Sages disband, HD Rei reaches the peak of her power and gains the ability to punch through dimensional walls, nearly laying waste to Ultradimension before she gets bored and decides to just wait for the party to come and challenge her directly in Hyperdimension. The Citizens' Group never factored in at all. It is never stated that she has ANY shares during this, and indeed, HD Rei may be incapable of using shares at all as she's not a proper goddess and was essentially piggybacking off of UD Rei.

There is a definite dissonance between how Rei's power is talked about and shown versus how straightforward her defeat was. In the normal/good ending (game calls it the latter, but it's really the former since the actual "normal ending" is just a bad ending in all but name including prematurely ending the game), she easily defeats HD Black Heart, White Heart and Green Heart with basically zero effort on her part (it's implied she knocked them out on ACCIDENT), but then Neptune and Plutia give a motivational speech and then with only the Candidates as support just beat her in a straightforward fight. In the True End, when she loses the first time, UD Rei attempts to intervene, only for Croire to take her remaining power and use it to revitalize HD Rei, further boosting her power in the process, only for the party to just beat her again for good this time. It is really strange to me how straightforward and simple Rei's defeat is when she's supposed to be the most powerful goddess. Meanwhile, Kurome at the peak of her power as Dark Orange in both the normal and true endings of VII was portrayed as so far beyond the party's abilities (this includes NEXT forms) that they couldn't touch her even with Uzume's normal Sharing Field, and only won through Uzume turning her own source of power against her, sacrificing herself in the process. But that same Kurome needed a FRACTION of Rei's power to even be this strong.
