Honestly, I’ve got mixed feelings about this gig. The whole thing felt sketchy from the start, nobody even mentioned payment, and Aaron struck me as a moron right away. You’re supposed to head into one of the most dangerous spots in Dogtown for what’s basically a favor to some no-name boxer who used to roll with the Animals. I get it homie wanted out but Terra Cognita? Really? No sane person would take that on.

Imma be totally honest with you anons. The ETK does not work still 22 sliders only no idea what have I fucked up but somehow her face got thinner (and better for me atleast). Task failed sucesfully.

i havent messed around with adding cyberware to an npv but if messing with chunks doent fix clipping or voids, you might be able to use an NPC's body mesh. they might have different chunk options, slimmer body parts that dont conflict

Don't remind me, the games pretty good despite this at least. But there are some really glaring game design oversights like not being able to commit grand theft auto. Also the Police will go after you for shooting a homeless person in a back a alley of kabuki when they clearly don't give a fuck about them from the world building and likely don't have the men to spare sending three cars to investigate some bum being shot when there are gangs murdering people in the city center alleys. Oh and they respond faster than Trauma team platnium too, somehow; It's blatant the spent zero hours on some mechanics and have no desire to polish their game.

But exactly did they kill Takemura? Arasaka agents storm the safe house you, him and Hanako were in right, and then you get separated and.....when exactly do they tell you he's dead? I know that's obviously a safe assumption to make and later V even says "Oh yeah they killed him" but I dont remember explicitly when you first get that information. Did I miss something. Also I've seen random Takemura clips on youtube I've never encountered before, didnt realize he had these other scenes besides his main missions

I remember going into free cam out of curiosity to see where/when exactly he spawned in and when they start shooting the windows of the building out it's just 2 of those big turrets that normally come out of the floor that appear in mid air then teleport out of the way for the AV to spawn in. recently i had the game crash consistently when driving towards Jotaro's place in watson, then i turned the crowds down and it stopped crashing. turned out that more people = hot cpu. my i7-13700k even with bios updates, doesnt like some things. the cpu would spike to 80c and crash upon entering areas with lots of people.

I don't expect things to be very good when I get older, infact I expect the next 'great crises of the day' to occur within my lifetime be it war or natural disaster I could not tell you but things seem to be trending towards instability and for that I am greatful to be living in the middle of nowhere where I could grow my own food if I had too.

Hmmmmmmmm that's a bit difficult, only corporate agents use external armor, stuff you'd see maxtac, barghest or trauma team wearing for extra protection. With most people having subdermal armor as a basic implant I don't see the need for it.

Got the hit on Gustavo. Because I'm from and for the streets I was able to just buzz the apartment and let them know I was from Padre, and they let me right in, no fuss, which was a neat detail. I didn't recognize it the first playthrough, but this guy was Jackie's friend and even went to his funeral, so I didn't want to kill him, and after talking to him I got him to agree to leave the city. I thought Padre would be mad, but instead it turns out Gustavo just shot himself when I left. Wrong city, wrong people. I wish there were more conversations available when you call Jackie's old number, it feels like something I should be able to apologize to him for.

I use tech weapons, so one of the slots is taken. The other is either blood pump or second heart if I do that, but I can see a case for either. I'm kind of working out ways to save some capacity as well.

If I was doing some kind of hardcore run Second Heart would be a no-brainer, and some anons have posted vids of it saving their ass. For convenience, and especially netrunning, biomonitor+blood pump is just unparalleled. But if you're not netrunning, and just generally run-and-gunning, you'll probably get more value from second heart saving you from an untimely game reload.

I think I've gotten a little too used to not having an animation with blood pump to let go. It really helps when combined with that body talent that gives 100 mitigation chance for a couple seconds to dive into something stupid with that as well, which a biomonitor would do fuckall for. I'll probably just look for cost cutting elsewhere. Or just not change things up

I've been put off by this game for a long time because the intro seemed very cynical or detached. But after the intro (post heist) things really start to fall into place and I'm way into it now. That is not true, mainly because realistically there are only 2 romance options in the game, Judy and Panam. Judy is an emotional parasite, who lures people with pity and good intentions. You don't find it slightly weird that all her previous girlfriends were dolls? whos relationships ended in tragedy one way or another. She's a bad person who tried to do that right thing for the wrong reasons.
